Annual Town Meeting

Published: 26 Mar 26

You’re invited to our 2026 Annual Town Meeting at St Anthony's Church Hall, Pinehurst Road, on Thursday 16th April at 7pm. Join us for a relaxed and engaging evening with a quick roundup of what your Council has been up to, a look ahead to what’s coming next, and a chance to ask questions or share your thoughts. We’re delighted to welcome author, Mary van Coller, who’ll be sharing fascinating stories about our local area from her book Downstream Dorset: River Tales and Local History—with copies available to buy on the night. During the interval, enjoy refreshments and take a look at stalls from local groups and organisations—a great way to see what’s happening in your community and how you can get involved. We’ll finish by celebrating some special members of our community with the Good Citizen of the Year 2026 award. We’d love to see you there! Read More...
