Since September 2021, West Moors Town Council has hosted a local litter pick every other month, which has proven very worthwhile in the amount of litter collected each time and the community spirit it has inspired.

Saying Thank You to those who show our environment respect by not littering, does not seem quite enough. Saying Thank You to those generous people that help clean up after those that do not show respect, also doesn’t seem enough.

The last litter pick took place on Saturday 6th July, where 23 wonderful volunteers showed up.

The next litter pick will be in September 2024, date to be agreed.
