Meet at 10am outside Penn Court Cafe every Thursday. There are two ability levels, led by trained volunteer health walk leaders. Ideal for beginners and an opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new people. Free of charge.

Time: 10am – there are 2 walks either 1 hour or 30 minutes

Description: A mix of local roads and open spaces. The 30-minute walk is at a leisurely pace.
