Local Guild resumed activity September 16th ... see text for contact detail.

Meeting monthly in the West Moors Memorial Hall, the community 'village hall'.

West Moors branch of Townswomen's Guild only opened in February 2018 but we had a very successful group pre-Covid. We are getting back to normal now and would be delighted if you would like to come and see what we are about.

Once a month, on the third Thursday, we have a GUILD meeting at the Memorial Hall, Station Road (opposite the parish church of St. Mary's), from 2.00 - 4.00 pm. There is a large free carpark alongside the Hall.

We aim to have fun, socialise and educate ourselves too. There are talks of a wide variety, quizzes, baking competitions, parties etc.

Our Guild also has a monthly lunch club and coffee morning in the village.

We are part of Dorset Federation of TG and there are other activities such as a general knowledge quiz in September, which 100 ladies have signed up for. The last annual lunch at The Remedy Oak was a great success.

Please feel free to contact us or come along to a meeting for a taster.

We have a variety of speakers or activities.

Where notified, forthcoming meeting details will appear in Community regular events sections of this web site.
